Why I Created the Heart Strong Risk Guide

When I shared my story, I hoped it might help someone else.

I never expected the response.

Women began sharing their own stories, asking questions, and wondering if they might be at risk too.

The question I heard again and again was:

“If this happened to you…could it happen to me?”

That question became the beginning of something much bigger than my story.

It became the beginning of Heart Strong.
